Academic Qualification:
Candidates should possess Degree (Arts/ Science).
Age Limit:
- Minimum Age Limit for Stenographer Grade III (Haryana): 17 Years
- Maximum Age Limit for Stenographer Grade III (Haryana): 42 Years
- Minimum Age Limit for Stenographer Grade III (Punjab): 18 Years

- The candidates will have to qualify for the English Shorthand Test and its Transcription at the speed of 80 W.P.M. and 20 W.P.M. respectively.
